The tower is an all in one apparatus where you can own one in your house. You can do a lot of training concepts on it and it does not occupy so much space in the area. It is made of four exercises in one machine which is composed of the reformer, tower, and mat that will complete your workout. It will be working on resistance over planes, mat or a moving platform.

There is a carriage that can be turn and flip easily. They have their own mats which is identified on a certain rules like the one for stability and its top for the frame. This helps the apparatus to be stable and preventing to fall.

You can double the mats that you have placed in there and make sure that you have place two of them align and firm. It should be place firm together to avoid disturbance during your activity. Once it has been arrange accordingly, you may start inserting your shoulders and raise the foot bar.
