Caffeine also have a bad side effect. Though it is not as bad as liquors and smoking, you still have to lessen the cups of coffee you take in a day. If you really can not help but drink, make sure that there is more milk that the powdered coffee. You have to expect a lot during this time. Take proper rest and expect your weight to speed up.
