Aside from that, the sensation that you can feel might be cause also by too much stress. If you are more relaxed you can barely feel the pain.

Consider fatty acids like omega three to reduce the stiffness caused by inflation. If you want to make it more natural, make it a habit to eat fish meat at least once a day.
