Avoid being too tough on yourself if you fail to meet a goal or take a day off. Everybody needs a break now and then. The main thing is to not take one day's failure, as a rationalization to give up completely. Fitness is something you will be doing for the remainder of your life. Just like cleaning your teeth, just because you missed a day doesn't mean to you stop for all time.
